The absolute worst customer service ever. I bought a Groupon on Apr 9, 2015 for $140 and called to get my carpets cleaned, and they arranged to do them May 12th at 10am. I called the night before to ensure they were still coming out and he said he would call me back. He never did. They didn't show up at 10am so I called him and he said he wasn't coming out. He said he no longer does groupons (however, mine did not expire until Oct 2015). I asked why he could not have told me that earlier and he said he just saw it. I told him I already paid him for it, and I needed it done before my house inspection later that day and he hung up. It's a scam, bought a Groupon for this one man business out of an auto body shop. We scheduled our appointment a month out for when we were moving out of our house. On the day of our appointment we were told he doesn't service our area and given a number to his friend's auto body shop where they continued to try and scam us. It wasn't until we called them at least 10 times when they finally admitted to helping him and that it's just one person over selling Groupons. Thank goodness Groupon gave us our money back and stay far away from this...

They were the worst company ever! Don't never ever use these people to clean your carper. They cleaned my carpet lefted carpet soaked and wet, my furniture around of the edges soak and wet and also curtains and my floor stayed wet for 5+s days. He was suppose to came back out to refund me and never did. They never answerd there phones either...
