I ordered food when the food trick was at Hugger Mugger during Indie Fest. I had heard great things about the food so I was excited to try it. I was not prepared for how absolutely delicious it was!!!!!!! Omg! I had the Beef Mishkaki Kabobs (marinated in fresh herbs & spices, garlic and turmeric) with Jasmine Rice and Cassava (fried root potato). The meat was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. I visited SafariEatz at NC festival. I ordered the beef and cheesy Samosa which was good, but the 3 stars is because I asked for their sauce and the woman act like she didn’t know about their green and red sauces, which they had on display in bottles and only offered some green mixture or buffalo sauce. The street taco is street food in that if you attempt to pick it up and eat it, it will fall all over the street. By the time you get to the flatbread it's not flatbread anymore.

The beef was charred, which can be awesome, but it was also tough and overcooked, which isn't. The flavor was forgettable.

16 bucks at a grocery store purchasing quality beef and a few dry spices will get you mich closer to a happy stomach than a trip...
