Updated review! By far the worst experience I could have with a repair shop. After over two weeks of no contact and a big run around about ordering the wrong part ( sound familiar Priscilla Adams ) ( read 2 reviews down) the part comes in, which now is suddenly $200 dollars more per Junior the owner. Not to add to the situation he call me stupid when I ask about part which I had already checked several parts places and part was anywhere from $58 dollars to $123. My part with him was over $300. I ask when call would be ready because I live 2 1/2 hours away. ( back story this is my college age daughters car who is in college near by.) After several days with no contact he says car is done. I drive 2 1/2 hours to get the car and get there to pay and sorry we are a cash only business. I was not once told that. it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website. We are from out of town and the banks and Arkansas are not the same as we have in Tennessee. so we had to drive around and withdraw cash with a credit card to get enough cash to pick up the car . We drive the car around and back to my daughters apartment say our goodbyes and drive home. She gets up next morning for her commute to school and car breaks down and now gasoline is pouring out of it. All they did was supposedly was put a thermostat on it. We text Junior and he says “ Oh I new this was coming that something we be my fault” . This is a car with only 68,00 miles on it. Not an old clunker or something. I now am towing her car 2 1/2 hours home to see if I can get repaired by a trusted mechanic. $600 dollars down the drain. Lastly the man put and out of state college girl back into a car that was unsafe to drive to the point the police officer that helped her said to back away from the car because it might catch fire. I will be contacting a lawyer now. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIRS.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with this repair shop. I have called 20 times. No one will answer the phone. My daughter is a student at AState. We are from out of state. Her car broke down on hwy and they towed it to their shop for repair. We have not heard from them since. She has a 30 min commute to school and is missing class due to no transportation.    Read moreI paid 300 in labor and bought the part for them to fix an oil leak, because they were the ones that did my oil change. The oil leak wasn't fixed for the reason they said and it took an $8 plug to fix. When I picked my car up 4hrs later the check engine light was on and the owner Junior said he had to order part they messed up and wouldn't be in for 2 days but my car would be okay to drive. My car was stalling more and more in the 2 days and when the day come to fix he gave me the run around all day before he said the next day, Friday it would be in. I couldn't reach him all day so I took my car up to shop because it wasn't safe to drive it had gotten so bad. When I got there he again told me the part would be in the next day and it would be okay to leave overnight. The next day comes and I was unable to reach him and my car with key was locked in shop all weekend, with no response from him after many calls on to his cell phone. After reaching out to his son he still did not return my calls. Monday comes and he says it will be Tuesday then he says he broke another part and it will be Wednesday. Wednesday came and he had an employee call to tell me my car was ready. He was not there when I picked my car up and the engine light is still on along with a flat tire from a screw.    Read moreHad my father's van towed to this place on 07/05/2022 and was told that it was a thermostat and it would be fix by Friday 07/07/2022, after paying $60 for that had to take it back said it would that it was now the water pump and it would be fix on Saturday and for us to call to find out for sure. My dad calls on Saturday and didn't get a answer, so he had to wait until Monday 07/11/2022 to call and we told that he was bleeding the water pump, I NEVER heard that a water pump need bleeding, and it would just be a few hours more. My nephew went by to see if it was finish only to be told that it would be fix the first thing today in the morning. Well my dad called again this morning to see if it was fixed only to be told to come and get the van because my wasn't giving them enough time to fix the van.
