We ordered the 'Cozy and Comfy Candle Centerpiece' from Blossom which looks like the first attachment with candles and ornaments to be delivered as a gift. What was delivered, was nothing like what we ordered. We called back and spoke to a gentlemen who was very nice and said that they would redo the order and swap out the arrangement that was delivered, shown in the second attachment. Where it's not a terrible arrangement, it's not what we ordered nor did it come with a container as a centerpiece, but we wanted what we ordered. We received another call from David stating that they didn't have the necessary pieces and parts to create the arrangement that was advertised on their website. He apologized profusely, told us that they had none of the supplies necessary to build the advertised arrangement, and then proceeded to tell us that the small print on their website said that they could make any substitutions necessary because of COVID. Then, as an another offering, he said that they would go to the delivery location and pick up the already delivered arrangement and refund the money. This had NOTHING to do with the money but everything to do with providing a quality product and positive customer service. We were led to believe we were purchasing one thing but were provided something completely different and the response was basically, 'sorry, we don't have the supplies and we can send whatever we want.' 8-27-24 David and his staff were so easy to work with during the entire process for my daughter’s wedding. We initially met for a consult and he walked us through all of our needs from bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, groomsmen’s boutonnières, to table settings, napkins, pew markers, alter arrangements and table arrangements and pulled from inspirational pics to create the most magical bouquets and arrangements for our special day. He quickly returned our proposal and allowed us to make payments accordingly. David is truly gifted and so talented at what he does. He out did himself and went above and beyond for our event. I cannot begin to express the joy and happiness I felt when I walked into the venue to see all the beautiful arrangements. Truly amazing! He was so generous to us he even gifted the lighted LOVE letters for us to enjoy free of charge. He also let us borrow the gold stands and gold vases for the ceremony without hesitation.
