I visited this store yesterday to buy clothes for my mother in law, my self and my husband. We look at several saree and kurta i thought of buying one saree for myself and one suit for my husband but the old man in the counter ( might be owner of the shop) is kind of rude i said him to show me ready made saree and he is like he just took out the blouse and said me to try i said i wanna try both blouse and saree but he is saying he can’t fold saree afterwards lol. And again i took out another saree from the plastic and wanted to try it but again he is saying not to take out any folded saree its difficult for him to fold and another customer ll not buy again. I bought sarees here for my bridesmaids and the tailor did not follow any of my measurements for my bridal party. He made every single saree the exact same measurement and cut off too much fabric. The sarees did not fit any of my bridal party. When I went to see what could be done about it, he said it was my fault and nothing was done to fix the problem. He refused to help in any sort of way or even help pick new sarees. The entire shop employees, except for the owner’s daughter, treated my family very poorly. The blouses were also sewn in such a way they could not expand the arms in size, like is possible for most blouses, without the seam and excess fabric completely showing. This isn’t my first time shopping here, other times I’ve had good experiences. I brought this jersey from here 2 days ago and wore it for couple of hours and saw it was damaged. I went and asked for an exchange but was told he can’t do that because he only makes 5$ per sale. Then I was in blame for not checking the receipt that says “final sale”…. If you want your costumers to know you can’t return the stuff.. put that on the window or the wall so we can see it before we buy things.. $35 for a fake jersey is already a lot but 35$ for a fake jersey that is damaged....
