Phone died due to completely running battery down. My charger was not strong enough to get phone booting. From out of state so really needed to get phone powered on.

I stopped in and was immediately helped. Lots of great information provided. Phone charging port cleaned. Verified charger and cable were working with other phones but my battery is weak and will need replacing. Charged my phone to 50% within an hour (weak batteries charge slowly) Offered not to charge me anything but I paid $20 for port cleaning, charging, and information.
