Customer service is TERRIBLE! Considering this location is very busy and new you’d think the service would be much better. The workers have absolutely no customer service whatsoever I’ve had maybe great service twice since it’s opened and I don’t know why I continue to come back I think it’s just the convenience. However when a mobile order is placed and I’m waiting 20mins at the pick up window for my mobile order is unacceptable. It’s always a constant issue here with the mobile orders , inconsistent with getting orders correct. This location is a mess I was happy that a drive thru Starbucks was coming to this side instead of having to go into the other nearby locations. After today when Nathan gave me attitude after I asked him what was the hold up since I placed my mobile order 20mins after waiting his response was “ well you can come in and make your own drink “ that is not how customers should be treated . Even if there were only two baristas as he said he could’ve approached the situation a little better and not speak to customer that way. I asked them for the GM’s information and they couldn’t find a card for me to file a complaint. Read moreI’ve come to this location twice and both times I’ve had a terrible customer experience. Staff that feels entitled and disrespectful to their paying customers. In addition, I’ve had 3 family members/friends who also live in the area, would rather get off at Albertsons or Safeway to go to their Starbucks instead because of the disrespectful staff at this location. Drinks are not made correctly despite several if not ALL the other Starbucks locations can get right but this staff likes to be petty and short fused with customers. This location needs to be restaffed from the top to the bottom because it’s hard to believe their manager isn’t encouraging this behavior when the entire team is acting out and no repercussions. Read moreIt's nice to have a Starbucks at this location, but they seem to be struggling. Sometimes the pickup line outside (no shade or seats, and no indoor access) is weirdly delayed. Often beverages look a little worse for wear at pickup - deflated cream or foam, not temperature regulated at all. And the one that really got me - I ordered a venti chai with extra shots of espresso, which made it a $9.87 beverage before tip, with no ice, and instead of giving me an extra splash of milk they gave me a partly empty cup where the ice would have been. For $9.87 they couldn't give me 20 cents of milk?
