There are only ever kids working here - never an adult in sight and it really shows. You get the feeling you are interrupting them when you come in to order. Twice now, I've ordered a small cone and they grab the cones with their bare hands touching all over the cone. By the time they are done handling it, I don't want it anymore. One time I saw the kid rubbing his hands through his hair and his face, then he picked up a cone with the same hand and started making something for another customer. No one wears gloves - cleanliness does not seem to be a consideration....

Horrible service and product. If you order a hot fudge sunday don't expect more than a "drizzle" of hot fudge. When I questioned the lack of hot fudge employee was rude and condescending........a young kid with attitude and no sense of customer service. I've been patronizing this location for 25+ years and doubt I'll ever return. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there was none on duty. In protest I settled...

I truly love Dairy Queen. The place by Tanque Verde and bear canyon is truly a busy spot and they always have my favorite 😍 ice cream 🍦. I always get the scoops with chocolate 🍫 and pineapple 🍍 on top. Great 👍 people and always very happy 😃 to see their customers. I surely will miss it in Tucson.
