The UPS Store — Local services in Tucson

My wife and I went here to return Amazon packages. The “Owner/Notary” as listed on his shirt was on a personal call. We stood there patiently waiting for his call to conclude. After approximately 10 minutes, another person walked in and he said “I’m getting a line in my store, I need to let you go.” He immediately turns to the person who just walked in and asks how he can help them. My wife looked at me confused and I said, “Excuse me, we’ve been waiting here awhile while you were on the phone.” The owner replied, “Yeah, but she’s waiting to pull up the code.” I explained my wife already had the code pulled up and he hadn’t instructed us to do anything while he was on the phone. He grumpily began to assist us. Clearly this location is not customer service oriented. I’d recommend going somewhere else where employees/owners act professionally.

Update/Reply: Glad you reviewed the footage. Yes, my wife was scrolling through her phone getting the amazon return codes ready. I'm confused on the "multiple tasks" the man had going on. He was on a call, watched us come in, we waited for his call to conclude, then he tried immediately to help a customer who had just walked in the store. I'll pick a different UPS next time. His "apology" was forced because I made a comment about how rude he was. ...

I went to make an Amazon return and tried to joke about what Amazon sent instead of what I ordered and Aaron got all snippy, I wasn't accusing him, I've never been treated so rude, then he said don't bring it to the counter there's a machine right there, well I've been in there many times and the young man working always is more than happy to help me and with a smile, then I made the mistake of saying I hate computers, I like dealing with a person to help me and Aaron really got worked up, saying well then why do you order online over and over, I said there's no reason to be so rude, I dont think I will ever be back her and he proceeds to say good the feeling is mutual. Never have I come across someone so rude, everyone else at that store is so helpful and nice, but I will never do business there again. you can tell how rude he is by his comments on another negative review, definitely not good...

I am having the worst time of my life. My brother just passed away. I have legal paperwork from the court and the lawyer that needed to be notarized last minute. It is filled out exactly as the court directed and lawyer directed me to sign. the woman at the desk (kathy?) is refusing to sign it because she is stating my name is not on the paperwork?? you are supposed to sign your name and relationship, and it is clearly signed. But she simply didn’t want to do it and I don’t know why. I was not rude or impolite in anyway. She literally just flat out refused to do her job and I don’t understand why and I can’t stress the amount of frustration this is putting on me and my family.

Update. I went to a different location across town and they can absolutely not understand what issue she has with the paper. They notarized it without a problem and we’re very apologetic about...
