I want to share some of my experience with Cary and TODD YARNES at Done Rite. My a/c went out in August. I called to see if I could get an estimate. I spoke to Cary who said Todd would be out that day - within 4 hours. Same day appointment. Unheard of in this heat with a/c people.
Todd and I talked a bit on the phone where he explained a few things to me. I told him I would be in a teleconference when he came, and my daughter would not let him in the house unless he yelled at the door he was Todd with the a/c company.
Next thing I know, I receive a text Todd is on his way, with a picture of him!!! Total score. I showed the picture to my daughter and told her THIS was the person she could let in.
I was in my teleconference and I heard a man yelling near our house "THIS IS TODD WITH DONE RITE." I could hear my daughter let him in and show him where the unit was.
I'm not sure how long it was, maybe 15-20 minutes. I heard Todd tell my daughter he was leaving. I guess my daughter didn't get up off the couch to lock the door. So Todd told her again he was leaving. She got up to let him out and I heard him hanging around the door - making sure she locked up.
In most cases, having your a/c out in the middle of summer is stressful. People IN and out of your house, around your house, ect. Todd didn't have to take care of my daughter and make sure she locked up; but he did. He cared. This is a man I would want in my home.
That night Todd sent me two estimates. They were the best priced. I know they do good work because a neighbor had his a/c installed with them about 2 years ago (and worked with Todd). The neighbor is/was more than pleased with them.
I regret I was not able to give DONE RITE my a/c business. It had nothing to do with their pricing, experience or personel. I was unable to do business with Done Rite because of an error I made.

Read moreWell, I finally got around to posting a review for Done Right services. I called around 3 different plumbing supply contractors to have a water softener put in to my house. After getting quotes from three different suppliers, I decided on using Done Right. What a great company to deal with. From the time I called them to come out and give me a quote, until the time that they finished the work, they provided excellent services, communications, and very reasonable pricing.
I dealt with Leslie at the front office the most, but ended up in interfacing with many of the companies great employees. We did have quite a few hiccups during the process of me getting the water softener that I was specifically interested in, but they were able to make it all happen, and we're very patient and professional in everything from communications to understanding what my big concerns were when installing the water softener.
I must have had five different technicians out to get my water softener installed correctly and this included electrician help from Todd who is part owner of the company. They even came out on a Sunday to help keep things going.
Skyler the estimator showed up on time and helped me understand what kind of softener I needed. The two Plumbing techs, Andre and Marc were fantastic at getting the softener installed and running properly. Though it took way longer to get exactly what I wanted (and not because of Done Right), for a new softener, they were very accommodating and patient in making it happen as quickly as they could.
I will be calling these great folks again when I need plumbing or HVAC help again. Excellent service, communications, and pricing make a big difference when you need home maintenance done, and these folks have it down.

Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Done Rite Services works with Select Home Warrenty and shoud both be out of business. They will take your service fee money and give a false diagnosis and not show up to their appointment or show up 2 hours later after you call and text with no response. Their service tech said my GE washer needed a new motor and some other part because it wouldn't spin consistantely. Done Rite did not return text although the voice mail will say to text for faster service. And although I was told the washer looked bad and it was basically needing to be replaced the tech wrote up a diagnosis and sent it to Select home warranty with the wrong information. Since my washer had a 10 yr manufacture warrenty I called them and they brought me a motor and looked at my washer and said that the motor was fine and that it was just slightly off balance. My washer works perfectly. Sorry Done Rite but I've never worked with a company so unprofessional and unorganized with their scheduling.
