LOS BETOS MEXICAN FOOD — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Poor customer service ... I went there today requested a breakfast plate with chorizo. They tried to give me in a burrito. being that is what I asked for I expected that, so I told them they took it in back and I found out after I drove all the way home that it was not done right. They took the food from inside the burrito and dumped it in a plate and then put in the rice and beans. And to add insult to injury no tortilla. I had to drive all the way back in this time they remade it correctly. I got it home and it was right, and the food was it was OK. Not another quality of the other restaurants with the same name in Tucson. I do not have to think twice before I go back. Just making sure if you go there make sure they listen to you in the end that you get the right order. I would recommend going a little bit further driving up to Valencia Rd a little West of Palo Verde. I have been going there for years I have never had any issues with them. 8/30@1:45pm, we were craving Chorizo burritos. We ordered 3 chorizo burritos 1 with extra cheese thru the drive through, got home and the chorizo was dry (as if it was what he had left over from the morning) the potatoes were burned. You can taste the charred burned potatoes. I drove all the way back(15 mins drive!) And gave my complaint. I could hear the cook complain. I told the lady in front I want the same kind of burritos but fresh. She said okay. I waited and I drove home and now the remade ones are still dry and hardly any chorizo in the burrito and the one with extra cheese, which I paid for, they cheese was only on one end?!?! they put barely enough to make the color orange! The little chorizo was dry and over cooked. If they can't have fresh breakfast in the afternoon, then they shouldn't sell breakfast the whole day.! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!...

Dont eat at this restaurant....... they dont care about their customers even when they screw up. I ordered a Carne Asada w/o pico de gallo and when I went to eat it there was so much pico it was basically inedible to me. I call them and the lady on the phone said I would have to come back and bring back the burrito. I told her I was there on my lunch break from work and couldnt come back at the moment cause Im working. Plus I tried to pick out some of the meat because I was hungry so the burrito is in a million pieces in my trash can at work. I have the receipt that clearly says no pico but she said nothing could be done cause I was required to give back the burrito they messed up on. Im just gonna spread it around work not to go there and maybe they will be more considerate of their customers if they start...
