Subway — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Today I went to Subway to have my lunch. I walked in and asked if I could use the restroom to wash my hands before I ordered. The person behind the counter said "we lock the restrooms on the weekends". I proceeded to what if people who are dining in like me need to use the restroom, he said once again "we lock the restrooms on the weekends". So he refused me twice for wanting to wash my hands. He then asked if I wanted to order, I firmly told him that I didn't want to eat at an establishment that refuse dine in customer access to the restrooms and that I will spend my money elsewhere. Food was excellent as always. It's a great healthy treat for myself when I have to eat on the go. Cookies were still fresh tasting even though it was 30min until closing. The sandwich artist was very friendly and personable. I left the shop thinking to myself I was gonna write a good review for this location cause they are doing a good job. Place was clean, food was fresh. I might be coming back more often based on this one experience. My lunch just arrived billed 1:10 PM delivered 3:13 delivery driver stated she arrived to pick up food at 1:10 was told no order but i was billed at 1:10 lost my business. Visited the store for a refund and was told i cant do that id need to contact Door Dash ok pass the buck i understand ( also Door Dash did give a full refund ) but the question remains Subway allowed a 2 hour old bowl leave the store for delivery show the quality and respect you have for your customers well former customers.
