Purgatory Fitness — Local services in Tucson

Back in 2019, I joined CrossFit Purgatory and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This gym is one of the best in the business. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and supportive atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The coaches at CrossFit Purgatory are top-notch. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely care about helping each and every member reach their fitness goals. They provide expert guidance and motivation during every class, pushing me to be my best and achieve things I never thought possible.

The programming at CrossFit Purgatory is challenging and varied, ensuring that I never get bored and always stay motivated. The workouts are intense, but scalable to any fitness level, which makes it accessible for beginners and advanced athletes alike.

The community at CrossFit Purgatory is amazing. I've made new friends who share the same passion for fitness and health. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely cares about each other's progress.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary tools for a great workout. The class sizes are just right, allowing for individual attention and a sense of community.

When I entered this gym almost 5 years ago, I didn't know how much it would change my physical appearance as well as my life (seriously, I met my husband here). The gym has always been community-focused with amazing trainers who care about you and your safety. I've been to other CF gyms where the owners appeared bored and had dangerous programming - this is not the case at all. While the programming is challenging, it's for a reason - to make you harder to kill

This is the best box around with the most dedicated owners you will find, no joke. I've unfortunately moved away but still miss this box everyday - the community, the owners, the coaches, the people; this is what sets Purg apart...

Have been going here for 6 months, and its great. I went from doing pretty much no physical activity, to being in shape, very fast. More than that, it really feels like a good and supportive community after you've been going for a couple months. The coaches give tips on how to improve, and people cheer each other on. Its pretty easy to make friends, given that classes are usually small and its often the same people coming every day at a given...
