I've been a faithful member with State Farm since 2009. Though personal losses brought my family to this insurance company, I've only praises to share of the relationship I've gained with State Farm, since day 1. While I've had only 2 agents in that 16 years, one in Indiana & my current agent here in Arizona, I must express my appreciation for the quality and integrity of each agent and their impeccable staff! Most recently, my husband and I purchased a new used car, and to ensure we received the best discounted full-coverage rates, the quote offered to me at the time of the purchase was exponentially lower than we'd imagined. A portion of that incredible discounted premium was to enlist in the Drive Safe & Save program. I am not the most tech savvy individual by far, so unsurprisedly, I had some trouble with the beacon & app installation start-up. I called my agent Tom DeBerry's office, and Marisia was just so extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. She immediately got me in touch with the new texting customer service line. Amy then responded only seconds later, via the texting service, and was able to solve my issues in just a few minutes. We all work hard for our money. We protect our pursuit of happiness with the financial decisions we make each day. I am most grateful for the consistent excellent service my agent and State Farm provide me and my family; loyalty is a priority in my book....

I usually hate dealing with car insurance reps/companies as they are always trying to sell you more than necessary. However, not the case when I decided to shop around when my current car insurance company continued to raise my premium after not having any tickets on my record. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea Ramirez with Tom DeBerry's office, who was super sweet and helpful. She took down all my info and within minutes had a quote emailed to me. Definitely a quote I did not want to pass up as they would be saving me $103 a month to be exact AND even included renter's insurance, which I didn't have previously. Today, I received a call from Amy who went over everything that was in the quote, took my payment and made my policy effective immediately which literally took only 5-10 minutes at the most.
