This store (Tulare's location SPECIFICALLY( is a COMPLETE & utter JOKE!! We ordered VERY expensive furniture (A COMPLETE living room set) we were told that our furniture would be delivered on a certain date, we were WITHOUT furniture for 2 weeks PAST the date the furniture was due to arrive. After many attempts to call & get in contact with someone regarding our LATE Furniture we were given the EXACT same story each time "Oh yes everything is in we're just waiting on One more piece" FINALLY after 4 times changing the delivery date, we received our future at TEN AT NIGHT, as it's coming into our home each one of us noticed that this VERY expensive furniture is missing cloth, missing buttons, is put together very poor and cheaply, & there are knicks & missing paint on so much of each table. We were told "oh yes yes we'll make a report on it" and yet AGAIN after MANY attempts they told us they would send out their boss to the house (After putting aside all plans for the day) he arrives 6 hours AFTER we were told he'd be out ASAP. NOW we're told that all furniture will be so he called it "fixed" by Wednesday, here we are on Monday, so we will SEE just how long Serrano RIDICULOUS Furniture store will take to fix what they COMPLETELY screwed up.
Now I must Add they friends of ours live in Lemoore & they also decided to go to Tulare location and they had also ROYALLY butchered their entire purchase as well.
Let's just say that we will NEVER order from this place again nor EVER recommend it to ANYONE and will make sure to let others know how HORRIBLE their service and furniture is here at Serranos, I will be SURE to rite a review to each place I can about this place. Have also called Better business bureau & have just received the number to the corporate office and WILL be sure to let them know of the terrible service & extreme poor furniture that they ask so much money for and it's not worth it. So disappointed and extremely regret ever stepping foot into this store!! Would have rather went 3 states over for furniture than have gone here!! So sad!!

Read morePurchased a rocker lounge chair for my mother in law. For mother's day gift. Took it to her. She was thrilled. Two days later she said it leans to the right. The foot raise is so hard she can't get it down, even after climbing out of it..So we checked it out. She was right.. Called them, they said bring it back. I thought wonderful service. I was told I could only get the same chair. They said I should have been told it was a display. I was willing to pay more money if needed or I wanted my money returned.. They never offered to work with me on another option.They told us to take to warehouse on Saturday to get another one just like it. So we now have a chair in our living room that we can't even get the foot thing down without a fight. I have not told my in laws that we were stuck with chair. They would have felt obligated to keep it. So we learned a big lesson about customer treatment from this place. They kept saying you should have been told this and that..We weren't. I have purchased from them before....

But some business require others don’t. At this store particularly I didn’t know they required it. Me and my wife walked in and went to the children’s section to buy our son a new bedroom set and I went to the sales associate and asked if the bunk bed we were looking at had a latter. And the associate didn’t answer our question instead he said in a raised voice no mask get out the store. So I won’t shop here ever again.
