Converse Factory Store — Local services in Tulare

I purchased some shoes last night from here. Nobody wears name tags or anything, and some of the employees hovered over my fiance and I. We tried moving aisles to get away from them but it just seemed like every ailse we went to somebody was watching us. I know there's a difference between watching someone suspicious and being in eyesight of the customer in case they need help. This just seemed like we were under surveillance. I've been ordering my Converse online for the past 10 years and having this be my first experience in an actual Converse store. I don't know if I'll be returning for the October Sale next month. The girls working this morning (9/3/25) we're extremely rude. My husband and I attempted to ask questions a few times about their sales, and they both completely ignored us. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I was about to drop a couple hundred dollars on shoes for my wife, but they walked up and snatched the box away from where she was sitting without saying a word. I'd like to give them 5 stars just based off 1 employee but I can't. There was a lady that worked there who was so rude & unprofessional. I asked her if they had a certain pair of shoes in a size 5. Her exact response was: "If YOU didn't find them I'm not going to either" & walked away. Like what?? Really??
