I hate giving bad reviews and love shopping local but my experience makes it harder to do. Two very tired parents of the bride returning tuxes on a Monday so we could enjoy a day of rest… I looked up the business hours on google and it said they opened at 10am so we headed out. We arrived at 9:58 and no one was there. I checked the sign outside and yes… opens at 10am. Several other people were gathering outside of the door also thinking 10am. Called shop several times no answer. I happened to notice th store sitting in her car on her phone watching us stand at the door. She finally got out about 10:20 and came and opened the door for us and was not friendly or apologetic at all. Her only words to me were “we don’t open till 10:30”. If your hours are incorrect at least be apologetic about not getting the signs changed especially when we just spent $2000 in your shop.(contrary to what the owner said in her response below I have receipts to prove I’ve spent money there-but I’m not sure why I, as the customer have to justify myself) (Incidentally I woke up this morning and noticed on google the hours have now magically changed- this must be a major complaint across the board) Their level of commitment to customer service reflects in their response. Incidentally, in response to your comment edits, I only have one daughter and she has no kids so I don’t have a granddaughter. Also after talking to the bride and groom they told me you asked if they were satisfied with the tuxes (which we all were) and said you never asked about the service because she would have told you that Haleigh was rude ever time they went. I’ve never complained about the tuxes it’s the service that I’m reviewing. All of this could have been solved if you had called me or simply answered my Facebook message. You’re welcome to call me if you want. We can keep doing this and going round and round, the point is your hours were incorrect and instead of apologizing for it you are shaming the paying customer and then trying to use their own family against them. I paid for the pictures too so trust you won’t be getting any...
Read moreI am so thankful for the employees at Belles & Beaus for helping me find my dream dress! The one that I went with was actually in the back and Maricita told me to hold on for just a second because she had one in mind she thought that I would like, and it was the one that I went with! She was so helpful and I am someone who likes an honest opinion. She didn’t just say oh yes they’re all great, but would give me her honest opinion about each dress and what she liked about one and disliked about another. I appreciated that greatly! We ended moving my wedding up to an earlier date and my dress wasn’t going to be in in time. Mrs. Lori handled this why she was out of town and Maricita called the company the day of to make sure that they could get my dress in. They were so prompt and helpful when I needed it. I am all about shopping local, and I am so appreciative of Mrs. Lori and her employees at...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about my experience with Belles and Beaus yesterday. Even better than the dresses and store was my stylist, Sita. She really listened, took what I had to say and helped explain any question I had. It was just me and my mom because my best girlfriends live out of town and honestly, with Sita, it was like having my girlfriends there. She was honest, uplifting, and just so personable. I ended up saying yes to my dress!!! And it was something SHE picked out for me that I reluctantly tried. I was worried about the price (bride on a budget) and she was so helpful explaining all the options and the upcoming sale to help me get exactly what I wanted without blowing the whole budget. Overall 10/10 and I could not have asked for...
