I’ve been here many times, but today was lacking. We (7 of us) had to repeat our order to our waitress at least 4 times each, to the point where we just had to point it out on the menu because she literally didn’t know what we were talking about. One of us didn’t get our food until the rest of us were already done, and I’m pretty sure the waitress didn’t put it in. One of us ordered a diet Mountain Dew, one ordered a Pepsi, waitress said okay and goes to get our drinks. Come back with one Diet Pepsi which no one ordered. Turns out they don’t have diet Mountain Dew. Had to repeatedly ask for bread. Seven of us need more than two little baskets with three pieces. Food was good, however I got a sub that came with fries and they were literally all floppy and filled with oil. Not crispy at all, almost didn’t even seem done. One of us ordered chicken Marsala, and the waitress came back 10 minutes later and asked if he had ordered the mozzarella sticks or one of the subs on the menu. No? Ordered chicken Marsala.

Read moreEDIT after 2nd visit: Disappointing experience the second time around. I feel this restaurant is hit or miss. Brunch was meh. Omelets are not their strong suit. My kiddo got spaghetti and meatballs again. The meatball was seriously undercooked (raw inside) and inedible. Hubs pasta bologonese was a really small portion for $15. The water pitcher was dirty, and black floaties ended up in my glass. I wish this restaurant was more consistent. Probably won't return.
Original review: This is Tullahoma's hidden gem! What a phenomenal find. The food was delicious. A starter bread basket is complimentary & comes served with dipping oil. I had the wedge salad & Angel hair "Sopia Lauren" pasta. Both were delicious. My child got spaghetti and meatballs and enjoyed it. Our server, Max Sharp, was awesome & deserves a shout-out for the excellent level of service they provided. The restaurant was spotless, restrooms were clean and stocked, and the overall vibe was chill. -We will...
Read more*EDIT Feb 2023. Went back here after a wonderful 1st time experience and it was a total let down. We ended up ordering the garlic knots as a starter. It was not what I thought it was going to be. The knots were hard in the center and tiny. I took a picture to show. The main dishes were okay. My roommates chicken parm, the chicken was over cooked/dried and the angel hair pasta was over cooked also. My veal parm was 6/10. My husband did enjoy his Philly cheesesteak. The service was fine, we were seated right away. The food was just blah. Disappointed that my second visit to Ragu was unpleasant.
Happy that this restaurant is open on a Sunday.
Arrived here around 6:15pm for dinner, was seated right away.
We ordered fried calamari for starter. And for our entrée, we ordered chicken parmesan, carbonara and frutti di mare. Everything was delicious. Service...
