Mc Murr's — Local services in Tullahoma

Just wanted to get two photos reprinted of my Father while he was in Vietnam. I am in town for his funeral and wanted to get the reprints for other members of the family. This should have been a simple task, but was too complex for the staff at McMurr's. I was told that this would be done by Thursday and I would receive a phone call but never did. I stopped by Friday and was informed their printer was not working so could I come by Saturday. I reiterated I could not since I was flying out of town. They attempted to make a copy of the photos but they were again really confused on how to handle the process. I was asked repeatedly about the sizes, which are self explanatory. They finally made one copy and it was just disgraceful. Any other company would be embarrassed to produce a product of such poor quality. But the ineptness of Mcmurr's came to light. I dealt with a business card company that has given me lots of trouble, and so I was recommended to go see Cat at Mcmurr’s! The company I had dealt with before wouldn’t return my calls for 2 months, and messed up my information on my cards twice. I cannot speak highly enough of this company! All other printers told me that I would not be able to receive my wedding programs in time for my wedding day. When I called Mc Murrs, Catherine worked over time to print off my programs even though I gave them to her last minute. The day after I called, I had my programs!
