I contacted 918 Design when I was here from Colorado to get a custom made, 6", embroidered coast guard patch for my father's military funeral. It was to be placed inside the lid of the casket so everyone could see it during viewing, however, the funeral home did not have the branch of service he retired from, so Leeah agreed to create one for us in record time. I was not surprised about the quality of the patch and expected nothing less. It was beautiful. I was however, pleasantly surprised about the customer service. Leeah went above and beyond to communicate with me via text messages to assure me she would have this done, even providing me a video of the progress. It was an extraordinarily, professional work of art and made in plenty of time for our needs. She was is not only a timely professional, she showed a great deal of empathy and compassion to us. I cannot recommend her services enough....

I’m so thankful I found this business. I ordered a chefs coat for my son’s birthday and I wanted to get it embroidered with his name. It arrived late and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a business to embroider it for his birthday party in just a few days. When I called, Leeah Calvert answered and was super friendly from the get go. She assured me it would be ready before the birthday. They had it ready the next day and it was a great quality job! I explained what I needed done and what it was for and in less than 24 hours I was walking out of the shop with a beautiful memorial plaque! It was exactly what I wanted, and it came out beautiful!
