Probably the WORST nail experiences in my life! The management is rude and disrespectful. I gave this place three different chances, thinking that maybe it was just me because I have high expectations from previous nail salon experiences. The building is lovely, but the vibe of this place is very uncomfortable. A majority of the technicians are unfriendly. When I had to return after my dip nails have chipped within a week, I noticed that I was treated like the villain. I decided to try another place and had a much better experience. I only came back for my birthday date to try this place again to realize that I WILL NEVER return for such mistreatment.

From my experiences, I recognize that this place is not very accommodating and regarding of what makes up for an overall positive experience. The culture of poor management shows throughout the majority of the workers. It’s like they all have a bad attitude and are negatively discussing you in front of you in their native tongue. Honestly, I hope this is just me because I would hate for anyone to experience such negative treatment.

If you care about your experience and want to feel comfortable and respected, I would not recommend coming to this place. (Written while in the pedicure chair after complaining directly to management (John, I think) who talked to me like I was incompetent when I shared my concerns).

I will never go back. I've been going for 5 months. The first time I thought love this place my nail tech was amazing. The second time I went back whi h was two week later I asked for a color and a design and I didn't get what I ask for. The third time she was on point again. The fourth she was out and they gave me some boy and I showed him a picture and ask specifically if he xan do the DESIGN he said yes well when he finally showed me he had filed my nails in coffin shape my real nails I was upset and he didn't care. Today I go back my reg tech is back she does my nails and my pedicure, ok nails done its time for my pedicure and said I would like orange color with a design and she said ok. So she sits me in my chair then she comes over and say what theh with regular Polish I can't do does can't do a design I said huh said huh why and she said only design with shelak and I told her and all my 51 years I've never heard of that I told everyone getting done nails done longer than she's been alive and it can be done will she refuse use so I kindly got up on my chair And I went up front to wait on my friend to get done with her pedicure so my nail Tech comes back over and try to explain to me if I want a design I must get schelack no design on...

A couple of weeks ago, we planed a girls day before our cruise. We had a horible experience. 1.we were told our regular nail tech would be there, she was not. 2. They were very short and rude too us. 3. I am a big women and i know that, but while I'm paying my money i shouldn't have the guy only put the scrub and lotion on the front of my legs and say "your legs are big" making motions with his hands. I was very offended. 4. One of the ladies in our party was done and sitting the chair talking while another one was finishing, and the lady came up and put the liner in the bowl she was sitting in and just stared at her. Instead of saying excuse me i need this particular chair. Mind you other chairs were open. None of the ladies i took there said they would return. 5. My daughters nails were uneven, she asked for round, she squared. 6. When one of the ladies was getting her pedicure, was catching a cramp and tried to adjust and the girl said don't move, ill tell you when to move. Rude. 7. On a positive note, Lili is the best. I went back 2 weeks later and ahe took great care of me. But i do not recommend going there if she is not who you have...
