I give a 1 because there isn’t a zero star! I ordered a bed fir my daughter, they said it would take a month to get it. Once they delivered it, I opened it and it was the WRONG bed! I instantly called and emailed them , informing them it was the wrong bed. They said it would be resolved in three days. It has been almost a month. They can’t find the bed I ordered. So now they have to come get the WRONG bed the delivered and won’t refund me till the bed is back in their care..... they couldn’t even get me the correct bed and not one of them will admit they are the one that shipped or lost the bed I ordered. This rating is strictly from my experience through online order and nothing to do with this store specifically. Purchased a sofa and it took about 6 weeks to get shipped. When I received the item, I decided it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and returned the item. This is where it gets interesting. I called the main 1800 number and told them I would like a return. The lady tells me to call their delivery department. I call the delivery department they tell me to call the main line first. Go back and forth a few time and then I finally snap and they process it. Then it takes them another 2 weeks to get them to come back to pick it up. Extremely unorganized and under staffed, staff was rude and judgmental. I love urban and I’ve never seen such a run down one. Take some advice from the urban in Boulder Colorado or the urban in Corte Madera California. The vibe was very off and it felt like a forever 21. There is no urban in a 500 mile radius of Tulsa so this is the only option for people that would like to stay trendy and try on things instead of just another online order. Usually urban makes you feel cool and sexy when you walk in and this one was ran like a tj maxx on Black Friday.
