After looking all over Tulsa and Broken Arrow for a prom dress, we remembered having seen Emmalines online. We made it there 10 mins before closing, thinking we'd just take a quick glance. The lady working was so kind and helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and pulled a couple to try on, telling us not to rush at all. The first one she suggested was the winner! The selection and quality of the dresses was pretty superior to many other places we had looked, and many reasonably priced options. So glad we stopped in and recommend anyone dress shopping to not miss out...

They had a good selection, we found the right dress for our daughter, but we had to order a new one because the dress in shop was dirty (had makeup all over) and there was damage to zipper. When we got the new ordered dress in, it didn't fit the same. Of COURSE, they won't let us return the dress, and only offered a 10% discount on the dirty damaged dress (which wouldn't remotely cover to clean and repair). They weren’t dismissive due to size or judgement which was very different than other places; spent all the time necessary to find the right dress for our daughter and even get her to try different things and find the right dress.
