J's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Tulsa

Unfortunately I lost a loved one. I live several states away. I called them and asked if they had a willow tree in remembrance. She gave me a few choices. Then I asked if she could pick a card out for me and she did (she even took a picture of it to make sure it was what I wanted). I then asked if they could deliver it to the funeral home & she said yes! I have never had such amazing experience from someone!!!! Marcy was who helped me and I honestly can’t thank her enough!!! She was truly my angel that I needed. Awesome customer service...

Would have given five stars for the store itself but employee made the visit horrible! Items in the store have buttons to test sounds for a reason, don’t yell at children from simply pressing it, especially when they weren’t being disruptive, obnoxious or rude…. Learn better customer service. Would have left without purchasing anything and waited till we got back to our home state if it weren’t for really wanting what we purchased… do better, be kind, it doesn’t cost you anything to lead with kindness instead...

Been a customer since their opening in The Farm Shopping. Wonderful sales personnel. Very friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable regarding inventory! As years passed J’s Hallmark became my ‘go-to’ store because of difficulty navigating big malls!! No longer drive so depend on friends’ taking me to shop there.
