The sleeve of my son's varsity jack was damaged. He graduated from high school in 2005 and has kept the jacket for sentimental reasons. The jacket had a large tear in the leather sleeve and I wanted to have the jacket repaired for him as a Christmas gift. I took the jacket into LaRocca's about a week before Christmas. I was given a date of December 28 for the repair to be completed. I told the lady who checked in the jacket that it was a Christmas gift any way to have the work completed sooner? She said their schedule was full and that December 28 would be the soonest available date. I totally understood because I should have brought the jacket in sooner. Well, on December 21st I received a phone call stating the jacket would be ready to be picked up on December 22. The lady who called said she knew that I wanted the give the jacket as a Christmas gift so she made it a priority to get the work completed for me. What a very pleasant surprise. Not only did I get the jacket in time for Christmas but the repair of the jacket was fabulous. The sleeve had to be taken off the jacket in order to put the patch on. When I got the jacket back you would not have known that the jacket sleeve was taken apart, put back on, and the patch applied looked amazing. My son didn't think the jacket could be fixed, well LaRocca's made it possible. Very professional, accommodating, excellent work, attention to detail, and reasonably priced.
