Do not bother going here. I have never left a review on any restaurant before, but this place is so consistently AWFUL.
First time I came, I was told they were out of beef? I opted for something without it, but then was informed they were also out of guacamole. How are you out of beef and guacamole at Taco Bueno lol
Second time, I sat at the drive thru screen for 10 minutes (keep in mind this was over two hours before closing.) I finally decided to just pull around to the window where no one was to be found. Went somewhere else.
The most recent time, this evening, I came at 9:40 PM. When I pulled up to the drive thru, they said they were closed. It was the same male voice who had informed me on my first visit that they were out of guacamole and beef. Awful attitude btw. Seems as if he is always trying to come up with any excuse to avoid having to serve customers. Awful customer service and lazyyyyyyyyyyyy lol.
After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised to see that several other people have experienced the same problems with their awful employees and service.
Want to add that I never come here by choice, but only keep coming back because my dad requests it. I will be so happy when this location eventually goes out of business and is replaced with an establishment that actually wants to make money and help customers...
Read moreThis is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a fast food place, I’m not even kidding. Sunday morning, nobody here and I mean nobody - I came to the drive through and waited for minutes and even talked and got no response at all. I thought they were closed. Drive up to the window and the hours are right but I see no one at all through the window. I park and go in, and there are two people in there. One lady sees me and doesn’t even say anything for about 5-10 minutes and the other guy I saw completely ignored me altogether. Finally she went and got someone from the back who must’ve supposedly been the manager, she had her headset on but she sure wasn’t using it lol she didn’t even have it on. She finally took my order and I went to get a drink and they were completely out of ice. Not only that but the syrup in most of the drinks were flat. Well when I got my food, the burritos I ordered looked horrible. They didn’t even bother to actually roll them. It’s a good thing I’ve worked started tropical smoothie before so I was able to get it into eating shape lol. You seriously need to send someone in there on a Sunday morning / early afternoon. They don’t do anything, and they don’t even care. I’ll probably never come back to this...

This is regarding an order I made and questioned the contents of the order because it did not sound like she understood the order... and questioned the fact that the price should have been more expensive and they replied to me four times that they did have the order correct and that they did have the price correct. Except ... when I got to the drive through window .... I looked through the sack and sure enough ... it was not correct. I told the young lady that there were no containers of meat (should have been two) and no containers of cheese (should have been two)
It should not have been that difficult. Since this store opened I have been ordering the same item. Cheese nachos (it comes with the chips wound up inside a paper bag and one small container of cheese queso.
Then, I ordered one extra container of queso and two extra containers of meat. All together ... one bag of chips and two containers of queso and two containers of meat. At one time each container was .89 cents (3 x .89) plus the cost of the cheese nacho: chips and one container of cheese
I received a small box with some chips in it and cheese and meat on top...
