Very clean, relaxing environment. I went in wanting a manicure and pedicure that was matching but was curious about the dipping powder since I had never done it. I specifically asked if it was a manicure because I wanted the skin around my nails cleaned up. I was told yes. I was looking through the nail colors but the nail tech was in a hurry and I told him I was looking for a sparkly color to match the toe color I picked. He said he would find one. They totally do not match. Completely different colors. The “manicure” was a rotary tool on my cuticles which are now sensitive and red and oil after I asked about it. A few weeks ago I came to Tulsa on a road trip from Chicago for a wedding, with my husband, our 4-month-old, and two dogs in the van. You can imagine how hectic the trip was! So when I got to Tulsa the day before the rehearsal and realized I hadn't gotten my nails done, I panicked. I drove by Ruby Nails with my baby in the car and decided to pop in with her. She was past her nap time and started crying during the manicure. I felt so bad for her cries disturbing other people's relaxing time, but the Ruby ladies were so kind! They sat on the floor with my baby and talked to her and played with her and calmed her down until she fell asleep! I was amazed. My nails were flawless at the end of my manicure, and I couldn't have dreamed of better service! So grateful...

I came here weeks ago and had a great experience, beautiful nails. I came here a 2nd time and wow. Appointment for 4:30, got here at 4:15. I watched them seat and start a ladies nails who got here after me. It was 5pm (their closing time on sunday) when they finally asked if I wanted my nails done. I said no because they told me "we can't do regular acrylic only shellac and dip" I'm not paying extra for something I don't want. And they're going to rush at this point since they're closed.
