Edit: I got the chicken kebab and my buddy got the beef and chicken kebab combo. He paid a lot more than I did for the same amount of food with the exception of a kebab. The chicken and rice were bland surprisingly, for the amount of honest hard-work they put into the food. The hummus and pita were enjoyable. Nothing wowed me initially which is why I'll try something different next time.
It smelt like strong chemicals when we walked in, maybe a drainage issue being resolved.
The counter guy was maybe having a bad day cause he cut me off before I even finished ordering to get my friends order. Then seemed annoyed when I cut him off to finish my order.
I do want honest hard-working owners to be able to keep their business which is why I leave honest reviews. Most people speak with their feet and not their voices. They'll walk out and never come back.
Professional hard-working owners should compare their cuisine to the surrounding competition to see how they can better the food as well as understand how to take something negative and learn from it. Which is what these honest owners plan to do surely.

Read moreStumbled upon this place while having a little time to kill, and it has become my new favorite "meat hole". The lady working behind the counter answered all the questions I had, and as a mediteranian food novice, I had a lot. She even offered me a sample of some of the items I was unfamiliar with. But no matter where I eat, I always look for meat on the menu regardless of how adventurous I feel upon entering a new eatery. The tenderloin kabob was the special, so it was meant to be. After 1 bite of the kabob, the seasoning and tenderness took me by complete surprise and I was hooked. This tenderloin flavor holds its ground vs other specialty resteraunts like flemmings and mahogony, but at an undisputed "pound for pound" price point to make Char Char the clear winner. A great little hidden gem on...
Read moreThis is literally my most favorite restaurant in Tulsa. The food tastes fresh and delicious with a perfect combination of flavors. I highly recommend the combination platter gyro & chicken with a side of tabuoli and peruvian orange blossom infused cardamon tea. I may still be a novice when it comes to Mediterranean cuisine, but this small business definitely knows how to make great food! I am so glad to have found this gem. It’s serves perfect healthy comfort food for any occasion. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Great for large family or friend outings and even a solo lunch date by yourself when you just really need a pick-me up.
If you are looking for good food and friendly staff. This is a great place to go.
I look forward to coming back to try...
