I have use this jewelry place on several occasions but when I experienced yesterday is something that I will never go back to this jewelry store. Moody’s will be my go to from now on. Two years ago I purchased a pair of diamond earrings that were on sale for approximately $1000 having been previously around a $2000 price point. The post broke off of one of them so I took them to Vincent Anthony. I have course expected there to be a charge but they told me they would call me and let me know. Two days later they call me and let me know the price. When I told the lady on the phone that it was 3 to 4 times what I’ve been charged for similar items at Moody’s she just told me to come and get my earrings. OK no problem- so they are severely overpriced on repairs. I wasn’t upset by this I just never did it for future reference and it still would not of caused me not to come back. Yesterday I go to pick up my earrings and I nicely give her my pink slip saying nothing about the phone call and tell the woman I need to pick some earrings up. We walk over to the counter and she grabbed the bag of earrings and literally causes them on thhe Countertop without a pad down on the counter. And says “here you go.” I had to ask for a bag to put them in so I didn’t have to carry them out loose in my hand nor did they bother to even clean them. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an alleged “boutique” jewelry store in my entire life. Be sure, I have told friends and family as well as my coworkers when I got back to work. I will never go back. Just to give you a point of reference three weeks ago I had A older Tag Heuer watch repaired at Moody’s that I did not even buy there and they charged me nothing despite my surprise and protests that I should be...

I really wanted to support local for my jewelry repair needs. This shop is not far from my home and is on my way to/from work each day. Nice curb appeal. Their marquee is engaging. So, when my wedding band broke, I thought I'd check them out for an estimate on repairs. I walked in around 5pm, presented my ring to one of the women behind the counter, explained the problem, and my desire for an estimate. She took the ring to the jeweler in another room, returning a few minutes later to say, "He'll fix it here and here," pointing to 2 places in the shank. I asked HOW he would fix it. She said she hadn't asked. I asked if he would come out and speak to me as I had some other questions to ask. She left and returned, explaining how he said he would fix my ring. I told her he wouldn't be doing any repairs on my ring since he didn't feel it necessary to speak to me himself. If I'm going to give you my wedding ring to fix, have the professionalism to speak to me in person and answer my specific questions. Very bad way to do business. Not a great way for a local business to earn new clients against larger competitors. No one ever even gave me a cost estimate. Sorry Vincent...

The service and attention to detail provided at Vincent Anthony can not be compared to other jewelers I have used in town. They are down to earth and truly care about what the customer wants. There is no high pressure sales. I recently used them to re-size and re-tip the settings on my diamond ring. I have never even left it overnight in other jewelers. I was busy w holiday plans and although they communicated about the status of repair and alerted me to pick up, I ended up letting them hold it several days for me. Think that says it all!

Follow up post 8/2/33 I had the most unbelievable thing happen today. I was leaving the doctors office and I looked at my hand resting on their granit counter. The diamond was out of my setting! I glanced a little further and saw it sitting a few inches from my hand! Weirdly I was just across the street from Vincent Anthony! I had an early flight the next day, going to a special event and didn’t dream they would offer to fix it same day! The ring was on my finger in less than 4 hours! 5 star service! Thank you...
