RUDE!!!!!! THEY put in the incorrect expiration date then sent a letter NOT to THE BILLING ADDRESS ON FILE.... but to my husbands PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT (WHO sends ANYTHING to the RECIPIENT..... The ONLY person there to even admit ANY Wrong doing in THEIR part was Trish.... To which I called back to THANK and got HUNG UP ON BY THE OWNER AND BOOKKEEPER NUMEROUS Times...... The BANK even tried to tell them it was THEIR error to which the OWNER continued to talk over my husband.... Who she oh by the way told HE was in the WRONG for reading a letter that was addressed to HIM and sent to HIS place of employment NOT SEALED to which the OWNER repeatedly told him he was WRONG about that so he stated we would bring to show... To which sh e couldn't understand "WHY" WE would come All the way across town to PROVE HE WAS TELLING THE TRUTH.... OH BY THE WAY the letter states how much card was declined and they tried to get in touch with me several times.... Etc.... Even tho I had already spoken with Trish who told me they had been dealing area code 904 instead of 940 AND they had the WRONG expiration to which the OWNER stated "that is a part time employee who sits at a desk who works part time and shouldn't have gotten involved and I will talk to her....." Talk to her about WHAT???? admitting it was YOUR COMPANY'S ERROR in the FIRST place.... And being HONEST and simply APOLOGIZING... well GUESS WHAT??? had THE OWNER simply APOLOGIZED we could have simply MOVED ON but she CLEARLY stated OVER AND OVER she would NOT APOLOGIZE for ANYTHING.... she even TALKED OVER the lady at the bank..... Then when asked to mail me a RECEIPT TODAY nos that they have entered the CORRECT expiration date... And to send to my BILLING ADDRESS ON FILE.... They kept asking well can u give it to me over and over to which I replied NO it should be on file.... Since u ar e supposed to have it to run the card...... And to NOT SEND TO MY HUSBANDS PLACE OF WORK.... which apparently they wrote my BILLING Info down as well BC they kept asking for it which is probably why they mailed to my husband but yet they can't ADMIT wrong doing for THAT either..... I would have given NO STARS had if let me.... The sad thing is they did a GREAT job on the arrangement they sent... But that was all clouded by not just being CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and ADMITTING wrong doing in the FIRST PLACE rather than talk OVER myself, my husband AND the bank and REFUSE a SIMPLE APOLOGY.... I have been sending flowers for YEARS ALL OVER THE WORLD and THIS...

I emailed them pictures of exactly what I wanted. After paying for my bouquets weeks in advance, my bridesmaids went to pick up my flowers the day of the wedding. The people in the store were very rude, and told them they havenāt even started working on the bouquets. We had to demand them to be delivered and once they arrived it looked like they just threw it all together. The bouquet looked nothing like what I asked for. The flowers I asked for were not even in my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were two flowers and some greenery. The day of, my mother called to speak with someone to get them fixed and no one answered. I still havenāt been able to reach them. I am not happy with this shop. I would not recommend doing your wedding flowers through them. It was extremely unprofessional!!! If I could rate them no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery happy customer! I live out of state, so when I send flowers, I always look for the best reviews on a flower shop and how recent those reviews are. Unfortunately, the place where my sister lives, didnāt have the best reviews. So I called Bishopās Flower Shop hoping they would deliver that far away. The very nice lady(sorry Iām horrible with names) said they typically do not, but allowed me to pay a little extra for the delivery. Iām so glad they did and I decided to go with them. I requested 7 purple roses and a balloon to be sent for my nieces birthday, and thatās exactly what my niece got. They were very pretty flowers with plenty of pretty greenery around them. Although, my niece decided she didnāt care for the roses bc they are not her favorite any longer š, she Loved the Unicorn balloon they sent with it. Now my sister has some beautiful purple roses and my niece has a great balloon. Win, Win...
