Subway — Restaurant in Tupelo

It's a gamble when coming to this particular location sometimes you get good service and sometimes you dont. Today the only good or should I say great customer service I got was from Lauren. There was one girl who had no regards for the customers and was so busy worrying about her pizza being made. There was a customer in front of me that she did sloppy work on his sub and my sub was sitting on the counter for about 15 to 20 minutes and I had my toasted so it would have been fairly cold by the time I ate it and it kinda was with a few warm spots but that it. I Congrats Lauren on the customer service she provide because she was nice. But I just don't understand why it always have to be a gamble on whether I get the good service or not. I like the idea of the poker chips for free cookies which is cool because I prefer bacon and extra cheese added on so I got 2 free cookies which is the plus side. Let's just hope the next visit I see Lauren with her great customer service and the rest of staff to have great...

So I stopped in here after leaving a function I attended just to grab a quick bite to eat. As fast as I walked in I turned around and left. Mind you they were not busy at all it was around 9:30 pm. Looks as if maybe they were cleaning for closing or something I really don't know, but one thing for sure it was filthy. The young lady comes from the back with gloves on and tries to start on my order. I asked her if she doesn't mind could she change them before starting on my order thats when she gives me a funny look and explains to me that she was prepping. I really don't care what she was doing the customer should always see you put on new gloves before messing with their food. As I'm standing there waiting on her I look around at the table where they make the sandwiches omg it was disgusting. I politely said you know what nevermind thank you anyway and left. I most definitely won't be buying anything from this place I'm scared ill end up sick from cross...

We tend to go to this location at least once every other week late after ballgames. They seem to always be out of some thing. Tonight we got there around 9:30Pm and they already have all the veggies put up, on a trey to be put up, and they are out of all bread but white and wheat and out of some veggies as well. This is common for everything to be put away later in evening. If a restaurant doesn’t close till midnight why is most of the food already put up at 9:00???????? I like to see what I would like on my sandwich please isn’t that the good thing...
