Dairy Kream — Restaurant in Tupelo

I ate hear all the time until November 19th 2016. I ordered a variety of different things for me and my family which were all tasty as usual. After finishing the food and drinks I took the lid off my cup to eat my ice...This is all very normal...What wasn't normal was my cup was absolutely crawling with gnats. There were over a dozen gnats in my cup. After I found the critters in my cup I looked into the other cups to find just as many gnats in all the soft drinks. I called the restaurant about it immediately and told them what I found in my drink and also told them I had pictures but they just offered me a free ice cream cone for the trouble of having colony of gnats inside my beverages....Which felt like a complete dismissal of the outrage we all rightly felt having drank a bunch of bug juice. I told the manager no thanks to the "free" ice cream and I haven't been back since nor will I...

As the manager of Dairy Kream i would like to inform everyone of our current situation we had a malfunction with the equipment in the kitchen causing us to replace the whole ventahood system we are still open to the public but are currently not accepting call in orders due to us using a smaller portable kitchen to prepare food from which causes a limit to what we can cook and the amount we can cook i do apologize for any inconveniences anyone might have due to our situation we have already began with the repairs and hope it will be finished in a timely manner thank you for all the customers that been out to support us and our efforts we also have been closing an hour early under the...

Was very disappointed. Ordered hamburgers and fries, definitely weren't good like they use to be. Called our order in, when we got there, there was a line. The lady at the window was calling out "I'll get who's next" when it was my turn, she closed the window and walked away. Went to the other window where the other worker was then walked around doing whatever while I waited. After 5-6 mins of that she finally came back to the window.
