Carniceria La Rancherita — Local services in Turlock

Drove here from Modesto. Expected good service. Used to live in Turlock & loved this place. Now they got my order wrong. Putting sour cream & guacamole on my burritos .The burritos I ordered did not have that in the ingredients. My mom can not eat sour cream. Shes allergic .I took her burrito in & explained to the lady i ordered from, that the burritos i ordered didnt come with the cream or guac & that my mom is allergic. She says OK! OK! Takes my burrito. Hands it to the other girl. Tells her something in spanish. I think they are remaking the burrito. No! She literally re wrapped the exact same burrito. With 1 bite out & it still had sour cream & guacamole. She didn't re make my burrito at all! What kind of service is this? Is that what carniceria owner finds to be good service?? Im mad i spent $15 in there & my mom couldnt even eat her burrito! I had to stop @ burger king to get her something to eat! Spending more $$ thanks to these people. Ordered there 33$ family carnitas meal. More than enough for my family of 4. It was so delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. They give you plenty of tortillas an the rice an beans we're so authentic. My whole fam loves it. We also got flautas. They had lettuce guac onions cilantro crema on top. But mine were fried a bit to much for me. Or maybe they were made ahead of time so they were not as fresh. I will be back. An I will try again. On a previous occasion we got 2 beef burritos just the regular one added sour cream. they were so good the asada was tender an flavorful. Staff was nice an friendly an helped me order. They have such a good menu I will have to go back and try some...

Awful experience, went here with the entire family and they accidentally put the wrong sauce on the burrito. So they were suppose to remake and the burrito with the right sauce. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes until I approached them to ask what happened to our burrito. They forgot all about us and our burrito was sitting in a microwave the entire time. They didn't even remake the burrito, they just poured green sauce on top of the red sauce. My son was not going to eat it, on top of it being the wrong sauce it was all soggy from just sitting there.
