Nagina Palace — Restaurant in Turlock

The food here is absolutely amazing and full of flavor! The price is also not too high for what you're getting. The vegetable samosas are huge, crispy and flavorful. The sweet Lasse and mango Lasse aren't very sweet but still tasty. The chicken Tikka masala with mild spice was soooo juicy! The butter chicken with no spice [for the kids] holy moly that flavor was spectacular. And the lamb vindaloo, also mild spice, somehow topped the other flavors! Soooo delicious! The garlic Naan and chili Naan were both so crispy and yummy. Our food didn't take long and the young girl working was very sweet. There are 2 things that would deter us from dining in again, the main one being the service from the server was horrible. He and his buddy were too busy watching YouTube music videos and I had to flag him down to come take our order. We were never offered more napkins [again we had our 2 kids, kids are messy and we like to clean up after them], more than 2 table settings, and when he brought our food he mumbled so low, we couldn't understand him. He never came back to check in to see if we needed anything.......ever. Customer service can make all the difference in a dining experience and that was the main shortcoming of this otherwise nice restaurant. Also having the very used toilet brush was gross to see in the bathroom. Please hide that. Also, the Kheer is the best I've ever had, most are runny and lacking texture, this one is amazing and soooo full of flavor!!! Must try this for a little...

Had our graduation party here on Thursday!!! First of all we were told our area would be cornered off but it wasn't but we didn't say anything! We were brought out pitchers of water which had flies in them, when we complained we were told they must have got in as the front door was open! Not acceptable as I am sure all restaurants have doors and that's how normal customer enter and I don't see flies in water in other places! In the appetizer there was only one dish, we were told they had ran out of it this was at 1245pm! Picked up garlic naan and there were dead flies in that also again when we confronted the owner we were told we don't cook our food and add flies it must have just happened!!!! There were no staff to pick up dishes the service was horrendous, when we complained we were told it's not our fault that that all the graduations happened on the same day! What's that even got to do with it? As we were checking out we were charged for 40 guests when there were only 28 of us!!! They said they will charge us for 40 as by charging us for 28 guests they will not make any money!!!!! The owner argues with us for 30 mins eventually we gave up and just paid for 40!!!

Word of advice please avoid this place unless you want your food and drinks to be contaminated with flies and if you want to pay double your actual bill as the owner thinks this is the best way to cover costs!!!! Shameful food, shameful staff, shameful...

Oooo man! When an unexpected trip to Turlock leads us to having dinner here! Dinner ended up being fantastic and absolutely delicious. It's was so good that I still haven't finished paying for our meal and I'm already writing this to rave about it!

This restaurant tucked in Turlock off main next to the Rancherita restaurant is forsure a hidden gem out in The Valley. I can honestly say I was not expecting the quality that we received from this restaurant to come out of a restaurant in Turlock.

Everything that we ordered was so good and fresh and hot! The Gallic nan was crispy the veggie and keema samosas were hot and crunchy but flavorful! We absolutely loved the Tandori chicken tikka the most! We order multiple items since it was dinner time and we were kinda hungry lol

We will absolutely be returning for dinner again and again! I'm so happy we decided to stop by here instead of a burger at the habit! Make sure if your in the area and are craving Indian food you come give the wonderful restaurant a try!
