disappointed..& needs improvement. The order was made incorrectly, again. The beans were dry & tortillas hard. Even the cinnamon twists were awful. This unfortunately is not an isolated incident, it's happening more often than not especially during dinner hours. One thing I've noticed is that when ordering on the app.. choosing a soda...it only gives the choice of cherry pepsi. giving the impression that the restaurant only has that soda flavor. They had pepsi so im not sure if the app has a glitch but for some ppl that might be the difference of ordering a meal etc, could lose out on orders etc. Also, i find that when I order sides of guac which cost $1 each, they often forget to include. I realize all this could be resolved if i checked each item prior to leaving parking lot, realistically im generally trying to eat out cause im short on time. also i dont want to unwrap, touch other ppls food just to confirm it was made how i ordered it. ill be avoiding this location for a while. trying to find a positive, I can say that despite all the issues with my order last night whoever prepared it, made an effort to make it with care, nachos were made incorrectly but they did look pretty, food was wrapped good etc. maybe ask the customer for clarification if you aren't sure what you are...
Read moreWalked in to order food. Was told to use the kiosk to order our food as "there were only 4 employees working". A gal working made a comment to her coworker stating, it takes 4 minutes out of your day. The kiosk would not allow us to edit or swap items. We ordered our food and stood at the counter waiting for help to make sure that the tacos/chalupas were made correctly. The same gal on the food line kept looking over and giving looks at us like we were doing something wrong. My husband was on the phone on a work call and she was making comments about it. I'm sure she thought he was calling corporate. All, while we're just waiting to make changes to our order yet we received no help. Three people walked in from the drive thru as their food was incorrect. All of us were just standing and waiting with no help. Once someone finally walked over we requested a refund and will go to the next taco bell down highway 99. Poor customer service, and obviously poor quality on food as 3 people came in with bags from the drive thru. Customer service goes a long way. Read moreWent there last week. Waited at the drive thru order for OVER 5 minutes while cars piled up behind me and nobody ever responded. Drove to the window to see if I could place my order there. They denied me service and told me I had to wait in line again, mind you I had an excellent attitude and continued onto McDonald's next door. Today I go back and find that my very simple order could not be received by their oh so very special employees. Adding extra jalapenos must be the tacobell equivalent of brain surgery. Completely messed up my order. Dude at the window couldnt possibly, under any circumstances, understand why tacobell would have salt and why I would request it. Long story short. They cant take basic direction and lack basic problem solving skills so they'll just tell you they cant do something or that they dont have something because it's simply inconvenient for them to fulfill your request.
