Worst customer service, I have ever experienced. Last time I went everyone was so mean and didnât sound happy what so ever. Itâs not that hard to be nice. Iâve never been somewhere before where the employees were this rude towards their paying customers. Even at the other location in Turlock theyâre not really nice at all. But this specific one is the sonic that always has problems, last time I came their ice cream machine was âbrokenâ so I had to drive to the other location. Then I just came April 16 on a Saturday at 10 oâclock exactly because I know they close at 10:30 on weekends. Girl really said âweâre closedâ thatâs it, I was confused so I asked âi thought you guys close at 10:30 tonight ?â She didnât answer for awhile and then said âwe closed a little early tonightâ Iâm sorry but thatâs BS whatâs the point of staying open later on the weekends if youâre too lazy to do your job and close anyways? Such a waste of my time and gas to drive over there wayyy before posted closing time just to have them tell me they closed early cause they want too. I had to drive all the way to the other location where they served me 10 mins before closing. At least they do their jobs right and close the store at the hours theyâre supposed too, itâs not that hard to stay 30 mins later youâre getting paid for it....
   Read morewent there on the 22 nd this month with my two grandkids and my girlfriend and her granddaughter all under 8 years old, spent $50 between the 5 of us. the french fries were nasty, tasted like rancid oil and limp. when we were eating my grandson needed to use the restroom. there was a paper taped to the window that said bathrooms weee closed. I went and asked the female who served us in the patio if my grandson could please use the bathroom and she said no, they are closed. I asked if they were out of service as I know they have 2 bathrooms and she said no they are just closed. I explained he really needs to use it and she stated he can go and use the am/ pms bathrooms down the road! I contacted sonic corp and they advised me the district manager would contact me and apologized. Nope , no contact only a survey from sonic corp asking if I was satisfied with my issue. what a joke. no wonder why the place is dead and poor maintenance.....
   Read moreI got severe food poisoning from this location as did my friends all in the same night. Iâve tried calling the location numerous times to get no answer. Iâve called customer support every other day for the last week and a half to get no response from the management at this location. Itâs frustrating and aggravating and I wouldnât eat here again if my life depended on it. Iâve lost almost two weeks of wages because of this incident as well as an ER visit and four different medications. If you value the quality of your life, donât eat here. However if you want to lose money and work and end up in the ER be my guest. Additionally my chicken came with four pieces when I ordered five, only had ONE onion ring and my tater tots were so pulverized might as well have been mashed potatoes.
