If I could give less than 1 I would. Until today I have been a weekly customer. I placed an order online, paid online and asked my fiancĆ© to pick it up. She was out and about so why not? I mean we pick up and pay for prescriptions for each other from the pharmacy all the time. They told her that she could not pick up my order. What?? Itās paid for and she had confirmation. Nope the lady working, I sure wish I could remember her name, told her that she could not pick it up and that it had to be me. Really? This industry is built on medical care right? What if I was bedridden? A super sick cancer patient that canāt walk much less drive? Then I suppose I would be out of luck and have to suffer? I went to the store to pick up my order and I was understandably irritated. I voiced my opinion, made no threats or any such actions and was escorted out by security. Ok I understand they are subcontractors and have nothing to do with the store itself. However I was told that a manager would come and speak to me but not for five minutes when she was done with her break. WOW!! Customer service has truly dies with this person. Man I wish I would have gotten her name. In an industry that is built on compassion this person had absolutely zero and was super super quick to call on security and deny me even though my order was already paid for. I stated more than once just give me my paid for order and I will leave, but I was denied. I will make sure and tell everybody that I know that goes to Perfect Union in Turlock on Golden State for their cannabis needs to shop elsewhere. There are other stores in town that have a much much better customer policy and obviously a better employee training program. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back. So sad. Ā Ā Ā Read morei come all the way from stockton because of this only 1 product only they have nearby i only buy that product & im their regular customer for over six, they stop letting new customers come in after 9:55 so i got their at 9:54 in the store this messy long hair guard seems to always have a problem with me he started arguing with me that he canāt let me get in the store anymore because theyāre supposed close the door at 9:55 for new customers so i showed him the store hours it still showed open on google & told him still have 1 more min to enter & requested him if he could let me get in the store even tho i was there before their closing time i still had 1 more min to enter i mentioned i came from all the way from stockton & i know what i want it will only take me 2 min for me to enter & exit but he was arguing with me until 9:57 & then he called someone & she came out n told me she canāt help me because itās passed 9:55 but i was there before 9:55 you guys need to change the hours online if youāre closing early for some reason & iāve never complain about any employee because i donāt want anyone to lose their job because of me but this long messy hair guard at this store seems to always have a problem with me because couple of weeks ago i was there my california id was expired but i had my greencard with me he refused to let in go in the store by saying they only take california iād which was very surprising for me i didnāt argue & left i went back next day with my friend & other guard let me get in the store with my greencard so idk whatās his problem with me again i had to drive...

They have great prices and they have good products. Iām a medical marijuana patient and I use Cannabis as my medicine of choice And when I find a good place I stick with it so I drove tonight to Turlock got to union at about 945 and was turned away because they said they cut off time is 9:40 PM but their website states that theyāre open until 955 P.m. there are no signs posted in front of the building saying that they close at 9:40 and would not accept anybody in at that time So Iām upset that I wasted an hour and 45 minutes round-trip to drive there to be turned away because their website provides false information about what time you can show up and what time it closes and again there were no signs posted outside the building saying that you cannot come in after 9:40 PM And other patients were turned away as well I spoke with the manager through the window and he said that all the registers was closed and that we couldnāt come in he then told me he would try to make something right next time I come but not sure what that meant smh gas is pretty expensive and to waste my time to drive a 120 miles round trip on a Tuesday night to be turned away Iām not felling that at all I have been here many times and I frequent the Marysville location and have never had a experience like this
