CVS — Local services in Turtle Creek

This place WAS great but I got a taste of how the staff really feels about doing their job and now my family will move their business elsewhere. I needed to fill my sisters rx at a different cvs yesterday because I live in a different state and she is visiting, this should be easy and just requires them calling the insurance company to say they reversed her script back into the system. They refused to listen to the cvs where I live to take these directives and would put them on hold and never return to the phone. They told my mom it was done when it wasn't. I was at cvs by my house trying to pick it up, on the phone with this cvs with some lady yelling at me loud enough that the people around me could hear because she also didn't want to listen to the directives on how to solve the issue. She placed bob on the phone who yelled at the cvs employee here so loudly i could hear him over the counter about how he can't call because he's busy. THEY HAD TWO DAYS but they wouldn't shut up and get over themselves! Now my sister doesn't have her rx still when she ran out yesterday. Sorry to incovenience you about doing your job, bob and unknown...

nothing against the pharmacy clerk, however, I had a prescription that was sent for my albuterol inhaler to the pharmacy around 12:15. I go around 1:20 to pick it up and I’m told they didn’t receive it yet, & to call the doctor. I sit in the parking lot and called the doctor and they tell me that they resent it and it should be there in 15 minutes so when I go through the drive-through again, they were on A lunch break. So then I had to sit in the car for another 30 minutes & wait for the lunch break, because albuterol is kind of important with someone who has asthma and you need to breathe. I waited for them to open up after lunch. Explained that the doctor said they resent it. They definitely should have it and I was told they still did not receive it. Like I said, it’s not the teller’s fault but also how does it take you two and a half hours to receive a script & fill an inhaler? Wouldn’t really recommend this place if you need a prescription in a timely fashion, I went to the other CVS by my work and they had that prescription in 15...

I bought online same day delivery 2 items Golden Bond lotion and a 24 pack of bottle water the delivery lady came gave me my lotion which was in a bag but not my water. Asked her about my water and she said it must be coming separately. So I called CVS and talked to an associate and told her and she said we are sorry it’s here by the register and I asked her if they could please deliver to me and she said they couldn’t that I had to come to the store and pick it up. I said I don’t have a car that’s why I ordered it online same day delivery and she said she would give my number to her manager to call me . Next day on call from the manager so I called the following day I was told that the manager wasn’t there to call the following day . I was given the run around and they charged me for the water . I have yet to be able to talk to the manager. That is poor...
