I went in the store to buy a carton of cigarettes for someone specifically asking the person working are their cigarettes discounted? I was told Yes I’m not from this area so when somebody brought it to my attention, I googled as well as went to a receipt from several days before they charge me $15 extra for carton of cigarettes then if I would’ve went to a store that was not an outlet.
