Pizza Palermo — Restaurant in Turtle Creek

CHECK YOUR TOTAL PRICES I have ordered from Pizza Palermo for quite some time now. The food has always been amazing. Today, I noticed a way that they have been ripping us off. They do NOT allow substitutions for their menu items, although they give you options for other/additional items. (I expect to pay for additional items) Nowhere on their website does it state no substitutions without a fee. Take a look at the pics attached. Regular whole steak hoagie $15.99, I removed most of the topping except lettuce and changed the cheese from mozzarella to cheddar. Paid $21.97. WTH $5 more and you used less ingredients to make this than the standard offering in your website. I mentioned this to the young girl working. Her only answer, after telling me they don't allow substitutions, was to cancel my order. Umm, wrong answer, how about I will credit you back $5.00 and now you know. I guess it is my fault foe not looking closer at the cart, but this is still a horrible busineass practice and at this point they have made probably close to $100 in change fees off of me. No more!! And before anyone comments that I didn't tip, this was a pick-up, their prices cover the making...

Both myself and my sister have been a customer for a while now. Every time we ordered from them, our experiences have been great. But today, I called to order a medium pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter soda. The delivery man came with our pizza but not our soda. My sister called back and asked if the delivery man could bring one, she was told yes. Over an hour passed, nothing. I called back and asked again, but was told my sister didn’t say she wanted a soda and asked for a refund (which she already received earlier). I was told someone will bring the soda. It’s been over an hour and still no soda. I’m so tired of calling back and being told someone will bring it, yet I don’t have it. Like I said earlier, my experiences have been great previously but today’s experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ll probably give them another chance but this review serves as a warning. Next time I’ll be sure to have my own soda since no one can be bothered to...

Palermo’s Pizza restaurant has thee worst customer service skills I have ever seen, you order food it never shows, but when I call she flat out Lies none stop,instead of saying well my mistaken relationship I’m sorry about this etc, non stop lies so when I go there magically everything appears etc, By far the worst I’ve ever experienced cooperate will know tomorrow about everything, I can’t order where I live near due to ignorance, but I have to drive to Squirrel Hill for a simple pizza order🤬😡🤬😡 They need to speak with her about being rude & having a filthy grey shirt on claiming to be the manager as well, if more restaurants would take pride in fast food like chic filet does there customer service, this bad review...
