I've bought all of my appliances thru this company and paid most items off with no problem I went in and purchased a flat screen tv , 2 fireplaces and then purchased a living room suit and everyone they bring out is torn up but they claim that they just received shipment, then my coffee tables was defected and so FRED the store manager said he would order us new ones no problem, well 3 months go by and no new tables so we call then we are told they have been discontinued and he couldn't get that same set !! Then the oversized chair they brought out the second time was tore all around the back of the chair ! The couch was torn on back also, that's not our fault and guess it's okay to get cussed out by the manager FRED STONE IN TUSCALOOSA, my husband and myself lost our job so we got behind a few weeks and he would call and harass us after we have called and told him the situation! Now my fireplace is messing up and I called last week and was told Fred would contact me , well my mother n law went in and made our payment and said I called they didn't answer !! I called Fred back today just to get a rude attitude like always and he wanted to know why I don't come in store !! Hahaha This is the most awful manager I've ever had to deal with then he says I've never had someone like you that doesn't PAY YOUR BILL !! The customer service was very respectful and quick to greet you soon as you come in the door and was very helpful to answer any questions that you had to ask about anything in the store. Even to the time out to walk around the store and show you what they have and explain the funturne or appliances you pick out and the payment I enjoy the atmosphere and make it where they work around your schedule to get your stuff to you on time and a mannerly fashion .I recommend this place to anyone or a friend anytime I will be renting...

This place is horrible; excessive late fees, they hunt you down, basically harassing you. They are big time liars. I wouldn't let Fred talk to my dog. He is very unprofessional. I wish Tuscaloosa would pass some kind of bill, limiting places such as these. The run up the prices,preying on the customer. People miss payments and are late sometime.
