I Never post comments, but the customer service that I received at the 3728 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa , Al Location was horrible! on April 27, 2024 which was I entered the Ez Pawn store with my Hp Laptop and a 32inch Roku TV I was planning on selling my Electronics The manager at this property offered me $50 for my brand new HP LapTop that I purchased at Walmart for $200 and then offered $40 for my Tv I kindly Decline the offer and proceeded to grab my things the Manger then stopped me and stated to me he could prove to me that his offer was correct. I then again decline and said "its okay" he still proceeded to type something in the computer. he stated that's the final offer I kindly decline again and left the store. I came back on April 28, 2024 the next following day. And this time i only brought my 32in tv The manger was there, but another employee was assisting me he asked me did i want to sell or pawn i stated pawn for $50 the manager then comes around the corner take over the task and demands that I give $32.00 when he just offered $40 the day before for a final sell. I kindly decline the offer and i asked the manager why did he take the amount down on my tv. He then begins to raise his voice and yells that's my final offer that's final offer i told the manager to please calm down and to stop yelling at me he kept saying I'm the manager I'm the manager and i just wanted to know why he went so low on the price when he offered me something bigger before. I can tell that its a toxic workplace because the employee who was originally assisting me wanted to speak up but he kept saying I aint in it i aint it ??? how professional is that. The manager at this property was very rude and unprofessional when I proceeded to leave he whispered something under his breath and I asked him what did you say to me? he then just gave me a cold stare I have been to other Ez pawn locations and has never got treated this way I will be reaching out to Corporate on this issue. I honestly think he thought he could get over on me, but once he saw I was standing my ground and reminding him of what he said that's when he got annoyed and irritated his staff was even looking embarrassed of the situation because they knew i right. Someone at the ez-pawn in Tuscaloosa posted a John Deere riding lawn mower on fb marketplace, I sent them a message and asked if they did layaway on it they replied yes, I drove an hour to this location to put it on layaway for about a month and was told they only doing cash on it as it was just put out last week. And I can come back next month if it's not sold and put it on layaway because they don't like to store gas items in the storage room! I mean it is a pawn shop and if you don't like to keep gas items in the storage room why accept them for pawn? I really hate wasting my time as I've missed out on money coming here to do this.! I would appreciate in the future if things get communicated properly or only have the store manager in charge of the fb page because this is definitely...

Bad experience had a couple of old Jordans that I wanted to sell so I called before going up there and I was told long as they are aunthentic they would buy them now which ik minez are so I took them there upon arrival I was just standing in the store and they had a cashier in there who just stared at me for 10 minutes so I showed him my shoes he only looked at one out of 10 so I called the manager she was rude I tried to explain she should communicate better and put up “we sell new shoes and aunthentic”because her reason for not taking minez because they was dirty which she didn’t tell me before I drove up there so I would not recommend going there go across...
