This is one of the worst Burger King restaurants I’ve ever patronized. I picked up a Uber eats order this past Tuesday. Went in the restaurant and was told by David the lobby was closed at 4:00pm, and drive through was the only way to place an order. No type of signage informing customers before wasting their time walking in the restaurant. Okay, that was fine. Drove to the drive through monitor and repeatedly said hello and was meet with silence. I assumed the monitor must be malfunctioning as well, so I drove to the window after sitting at the monitor for 5 mins. The drive through worker Andrea immediately had a horrible attitude. Extremely disrespectful young lady, and not someone I would want representing my business. Talked to the manager David, and he attempted to make excuses for Andrea’s horrible attitude. Saying she was mad about something that happened previously, and they are understaffed. I told him I had no issue with waiting, but employees have to show customers the same respect they want to receive and being mad at something that occurred previously shouldn’t be taken out on customers that patronize the business afterwards. If they show so little regard for customers openly, I can only imagine how they handle customers food in the kitchen. I would definitely never patronize this particular Burger King again. Read moreI want it known that this review applies ONLY to my last visit. Arrived in the drive-thru about 1:25 am. There were two vehicles in front of us. One had just pulled up and the other was ordering. The order seemed to take a long time as if multiple big orders were being requested but when they finally pulled off only two combos were registering one the display I placed our order for for two Whoppers w/cheese, no onions or pickles, heavy mayonnaise and cut in half. Our total was given and we were asked to pull around. The car immediately ahead of us was behind the car that had originally pulled off We wait for about 20 minutes prior to getting to the windows and both vehicles in front of us had been parked awaiting their orders. Once we paid we were instructed to pull forward and park. Let it be known that there were only three workers there but still that did not excuse us getting two wrong orders brought out to us before we finally got our correct orders. Manager was rude and called the cops bc my 76 yr old dad made our orders in the drive through and didn't receive one the items(a drink I think)which my two kids and my mother heard him order. They said that he didn't order and when he tried to bite his tongue and just simply asked them if he could get it he would pay for it. The manager said(who wasn't even the one who took our order that we couldn't make any add on orders at the window that we could get back in line which means get back on McFarland Ave and go to the next red light do a u- turn and then to the next red light another U-turn the pull back into the parking lot and get in line. This was a school night we were in Tuscaloosa for a football game and it was already 8:30 pm and we had a 11/2 he drive after that. Absolutely ridiculous! The manager should be fired if they don't want Manager to run off all the customers. Needless to say none of us have ever eaten Burger King again...
