BLOWN AWAY!!! So my full story is that I had previously purchased a gown from another store during a sample sale and I felt pressured to buy a dress since it was alot cheaper than full price and really regretted it since I wasn't in love with it. Plus, the staff was great in the beginning and during my apt, but while I was debating between which dress I should take, let's just say, there was no celebration, no yes to the dress moment, just sign here and get out already. BUT HERE AT BLUSH BRIDAL COUTURE!!! My experience was completely the opposite! I found out that Blush was doing a sample sale and immediately signed up and was truly hoping for a different experience. I was running late to my apt as I live over an hour away and I called and they were really nice about it. Although by the time I got there I only had 15 minutes to shop because of the hard stop in apt times (I was running late after all and I was beyond grateful that they were still willing to work with me even if it was for a short period), not only did I get to browse the dresses, try on 6, and completely fall in love with not one, but TWO dream dresses!! My bridal stylist Hailey was TRUELY AMAZING and I could not recommend her enough on how great she was with me and helping me with my decision process. Honestly everyone working there was so amazing and accommodating, it was a complete 180 from my previous experience and was just in shock at how well everything went, with the little time I was there. Even though everything was moving fast because it was a sample day, I could not extend how unpressured I felt and how everyone was expressing to me to take my time in my decision and to look through the pictures my friends and mom took at the end while i was deciding. I am a huge introvert and my other dress Apts were really difficult to have all the attention on me, but I just felt so comfortable here. I finally got the dream dress apt experience I was lacking/hoping for at Blush! I finally picked a dress and asked to see the veils and I believe the manager thought of one that would go perfect with my dress and ran to go grab it for me. It was not what I had in mind at all, but obviously they know best, because it matched perfectly with the dress! So I had my dream dress experience, I found my dream dress, and an incredible veil, altogether in about 30 minutes! Please please please make Blush bridal a must on your dress shopping trip! I had the best experience at Blush with both Lisa and Eliana as my stylists on separate occasions. For context, I'm a bride who went to 6 different bridal dress salons between OC and LA, had over 10 appointments, and tried on dozens of dresses and styles, trying to narrow down what I wanted. I thought the dress buying experience would be fairly straight forward since I'm very particular and usually know exactly what I want, however it was a humbling experience with a lot of pressure that brought out a lot of indecisiveness in me.

Long story short: I ended up finding my dress at a return visit to Blush after I had hesitations on my top two picks from two other stores. It was at that second appointment at Blush that I met Lisa - she made the whole experience really special and closely listened to what I loved about those two options and what I felt was missing from each. She then offered up one more dress option that she felt may be a great contender for everything I had communicated to her. I would have never picked it out on my own, but as soon as I put it on, WOW! I loved it and the longer I had it on the more I fell in love with it - I loved how it drew in elements of the other dresses I loved, as well as the extra pizazz I was still looking for. Lisa went out of her way to take tons of photos/videos from different angles and also clipped the dress in different ways to give me a true sense of how it would look from the back, as well as how it would look if I had the back altered and lowered (side note: none of the other salons properly clipped dresses so I could see how the back would look fitted to my body!). She really went the extra mile and it truly is what helped me visualize the dress on the actual wedding day - looking back at all the photos/videos was extremely helpful. Fast forward to the third appointment where I tried the dress on again and made my decision - Eliana was helping me out this time since Lisa was out of town and she was beyond wonderful and lovely. She deserves major kudos for expertly handling my indecisiveness and anxiety that day with kindness and compassion. As mentioned, the dress shopping journey was humbling and more stressful than I anticipated it to be, but both Lisa and Eliana treated me kindly and helped me feel that special sparkle I was looking for in the process. If you haven’t been to Blush bridal, do yourself a favor and GO. I searched high and low for my wedding gown, from LA to San Diego, before and after Covid started. After trying dress after dress, I decided to take a break. I felt overwhelmed and thought maybe THE dress for me just didn’t exist. Then Covid hit. I never imagined having to wear a mask while trying on dresses, but with the deadline to order a dress fast approaching I could no longer wait. I was hesitant to go into a bridal salon with all the uncertainty around covid, but Blush Bridal went above and beyond to keep clients and their staff safe. From the second I scheduled my appointment I received an email outlining how my appointment would go, so there was no surprises. Yes, I could only bring two loved ones to the appointment and no I couldn’t touch the dresses, but who wants to try on dresses that have been touched by everyone and their mother??? If anything I have the utmost respect for Blush Bridal for keeping the health of others a priority. Upon walking into my appointment I was greeted by my personal stylist Jolie. She was smiling ear to ear and immediately made me feel so special. After having me wash my hands, she asked me about my venue, what my price point was and if I had any pictures of dresses that have caught my eye. Then she went to work and all I can say is WOW. It’s like she read my mind. The first dress she picked was the one. Even though I didn’t know it, she did. I thought it was too good to be true and still wanted to try on other dresses just to be sure and she was so sweet about it. She didn’t make me feel guilty or pressured at all for not knowing right away; if anything she helped me narrow down what I liked and didn’t like without having me try on a million dresses like other stores had in the past. I want to also mention how beautiful the salon is and how great the lighting is. Other stores kept putting me in the back or in a crowded room, because my price point was below 3k, but not Blush. I was in the front room with tons of space and was able to see how the dress looked in natural light. Easily the best bridal appointment I’ve ever had.
