Iâm a chocoholic who eats chocolate everyday and Iâve tried chocolate from all around the country and Canada so I can recognize and appreciate high quality when I taste it. My loved ones regularly gift me chocolate and I was thrilled to receive a huge gift from this store. I can stand behind the companyâs mission to offer blood sugar friendly options but unfortunately my impression of this chocolatier is itâs all style and no substance with prices that are much too high for the average to low quality.
The majority of the truffles I received tasted watered down and bland with indistinguishable flavors. I genuinely could not tell which flavor I was sampling which I found so odd because Iâm actually a super taster. The few exceptions were the caramel truffle that tasted bitter and burnt in addition to a bar that was so sickeningly sweet I barely finished it. There were several other items and each one was average to bad and lacked the gloss and sheen of high quality chocolate. I enjoyed the candied fruit and what I believe was the passionfruit truffle the most but even so they were just standard. I make my own chocolate as a hobby and as I was sharing my chocolate with others they remarked mine tastes much better.
I used to co-own a successful business myself so this review was difficult to write but Iâm hoping potential buyers will see an experience that isnât sugar coating things especially since the cost is pretty high. Although the person I received this gift from could easily afford this chocolate Iâm sad that they spent so much. Sure the business looks beautiful and the service is impeccable but there are better options if you donât mind a little sugar. I suggest popping in and buying a few pieces to see if youâre a fan...
Read moreItâs a super cute shop that makes handcrafted chocolates that taste just as amazing as they look. Everything feels really intentionalâlike they actually care about what goes into their chocolate, and it shows.
I tried the Dubai Kunafa Pistachio & Kadayif bar and wow⌠it was next level. Not too sweet, super unique, and honestly just so good. Their gift boxes (especially during holidays) are also gorgeous and would make such a thoughtful present.
Whatâs really cool is they use allulose instead of regular sugar, so itâs way lower in sugar but still tastes rich and satisfying. Perfect if youâre trying to be more health-conscious but still want to treat yourself.
The vibe of the store is clean and minimal, yet cozy. The staff are super friendly and happy to help if youâre not sure what to get. They also offered a variety of samplesâand every single one tasted sooo amazing.
Itâs 100% worth a visit!! Would go...
Read moreI had no expectations walking into Francium Chocolate, but it absolutely blew my mind! The chocolates were nothing short of divine. I was thrilled to learn that they use all natural ingredients and that their chocolates are diabetes-friendly, thanks to a rare sugar from fruits that doesn't compromise on taste or quality. Even the vibrant colors of the chocolates come from natural ingredients.
The service was equally impressive. The Asian female staff member who assisted us was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I sampled a variety of chocolates, and we were so delighted with everything we tried that we ended up buying a box and some extra pieces for our family and ourselves.
Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try the ice cream this time, but we'll definitely be back for that! Francium Chocolate is a gem that I highly recommend to anyone who loves high-quality, health-conscious...
