Off the boat fish grill is by far the best fish place I've visited in the Tustin area. Love the beer battered fish tacos, with a side of rice and beans. We order the guacamole and chips, with their fresh hand made salsa. My wife really likes the chicken kabobs and with rice. We have frequently ordered the baclava for desert...

Where's the bike racks? Y aren't there any?!?!?! I only had to stop here for ONE business I couldn't avoid, which I will review separately. This mall is tucked away in a corner of Tustin farther from my home than I usually travel, so never expect me...
