I will be honest, when I first saw the reviews on this company, I immediately thought, "nope, there is no way this place is that perfect." So I had zero trust that the owner, Mark, would be able to help me out in my time of need. But I took a chance and called him anyway in hopes that he could help. My family and I are going through a tough time right now and it has not been easy for us these last few months. The minute you speak to Mark on the phone, you feel like you have known him for years. He made me feel at ease and even offered to meet me in the evening due to my work hours. I was shocked when he did that for me. Most places will not budge on their business hours much less accommodate you. The minute I walk up to meet Mark, all my fears and uneasiness went away. He was professional yet very kind and humble. He kept me at ease and made me realize that I made the right decision in going to him for help. He was able to give me a loan with the jewelry that I have and saved me from a serious financial hardship. I did not expect to get the amount I was looking for and yet, I did. Amazing customer service! I called and left a message before they opened and messaged them on Facebook in a pinch when the idea I had in mind for an anniversary present fell through. Mark called and texted me himself before the store even opened to start working on how to help me. He spent the time talking to make sure I was getting the correct watch and validated any concerns I had. He expressed he worried the bracelet on the watch may be a little small for an average man’s wrist and I was unable to get an accurate measurement since I was trying to surprise my husband. So Mark went out of his way, found the exact matching link, drove and picked it up, and installed it for us. They arranged overnight shipping for the beautiful Rolex, its box and papers, (with the extra link already on it) to arrive across the country on our anniversary. He even checked on the tracking the next day, and contacted me to make sure I received it and that I was satisfied with it. Anniversary surprise for the husband was a success thanks to Mark and his team! I greatly appreciated the communication and transparency during the whole process, exceed my expectations with the condition of the Rolex and customer service. Deserves 10 stars instead of just 5. About a month before I got engaged, I inherited a precious family heirloom diamond ring, passed down from my great great grandmother from the 1890s. I wanted to get it looked at and assessed by a professional I could trust with such valued piece, but I wasn't sure where to go. One jewelry store at South Coast Plaza recommended Ideal Luxury and I went that day!

Mark was a joy to work with, and he put me and my now fiance at ease right away with his friendly and calm manner. He was able to tell me some really interesting details about the heirloom and recommend how to care for it. He sent it to get sized, polished, and reinforced and I'm very happy with how it looks.

Amid all the stress and anxieties of life these days, it was really awesome to have such a wonderful experience with Mark. He made us feel very special and I am grateful for that. He is very trustworthy and I was so pleased with my first experience that I brought another heirloom in recently. I will definitely go to him again in the future!
