I pulled boat out of storage early to have worked on and after numerous talks with parts manager and quote for work I brought boat in and head mechanic said quote was wrong,manager didn't know what was involved with job.The only reason they get 2 stars is because both men were polite,other than that a bunch of b.s. NOTE : 1)service requested new gimbal ring,new gimbal bearing,new bellow kit. 2)quote from other marina was a time frame issue 2500-3000 Center Point Marina 3)An estimate is a estimate IF your service manager does his job correctly 4)I opted not to have Center Point do job because of time June 5)if your service manager had been competent this would not have happened 6)had your manager had 100% disclosure on your end you wouldn't have wasted my time and money. Because of your total inaccurate response to what happened and your service managers misquote you get a 1.Sales on new items might be good but...

Customer beware. I was told my new motor was junk and needed to be replaced after the motor was hydro-locked under their care in winterization on my very expensive boat. so I told them to fog the motor, I then took it elsewhere and found there were absolutely 0 issues with the boat other than some residual water in the cylinder walls that they clearly put in there under A improper winterizing procedure or B they deliberately put water in there. And considering the rude "tech" who told me I needed to have them order a new motor because It was no good. I'm guessing option B was more realistic I can't believe they can stay in business..and then charged me 800 dollars to fog my cylinders that they messed up, to begin with.do yourself a favor and save some money and go to a reputable shop...scammers. Also, it took me hrs to clean grease fingerprints off of a new white interior.no respect for...

I recently bought a pre owned Polaris general xp 1000 and took it to them to do the routine maintenance and give the machine a full once over. I am very happy to say that everything they did and suggested service has and will be paying off on keeping me on the trails for a long time.
