Nsight Telservices — Local services in Two Rivers

I just switched to Nsight about 2 months ago and really like it. Customer service is the best and you can actually talk to someone. They did tell me upfront that it depends where you live in the City you may not get the fastest speed because of issues beyond their control. That was not the case with me. I'm not only paying much less per month but I'm getting about 30 times faster internet service to my home. I usually don't do reviews but I'm more than satisfied with Nsight. I should have checked into this a long time...

Garbage internet, internet kept dying every 30 minutes for no reason, called for help but kept telling me to reset the modem, duhh i do that every time, their internet is bad and slow for the same price just get charter internet, 10 times faster then DSL. Lakefield is garbage, can't believe i used their crappy internet that kept disconnecting on me...

Just OK. I don't have the speed I am paying for and techs have been to my house to try to understand why. I pay for 25Mbps and typically get 10 -13. I also have it on a timer due to the fact it seems to not have issues if I turn it off for 30 minutes in the middle of the night. It is more reliable than what it used to be, so 3 stars...
