Electronic Income Tax — Local services in Tyler

Not sure you can get much worse service out of Teresa. Had an appointment that was canceled (on their side) they said they would be in touch to reschedule. Never called then I called every day for several days, leaving a voicemail each time, never to get a reply. Finally I, just went up there to ask what was going on, just to have Teresa say “what do you want me to do, stay up here till midnight calling all of y’all” then when I asked when can I get a rescheduled appointment to meet with some one. Her reply “ well the tax deadline got move to June so I will hopefully get you in by then.” My original appointment was in FEBRUARY!! She said do you want me to make a copy so someone else can help you. so I replied yes please do. She said let me get on that and printed it so fast and was happy to watch me leave. So I’m guessing they’re too busy to help anyone do their taxes. Be prepared to wait...

Jim Haas the CPA is a fraud a con and a lier he makes up things on your tax return so you get a bigger refund he doesn't tell you what his doing doesn't get you to sign anything doesn't give you copies of your return doesn't go over the bank product and the fees never tells you how much he's charging you that's part of the con that goes along with it and the paperwork your supposed to sign don't go to this office all of these things are against the law.. then you get an IRS letter because of the lies he put on your return and guess who gets to pay it all back because it wasn't yours to be...
